This is an easy and (somewhat) healthy snack that takes minutes to prepare.. You will love this if you love cucumbers!
I got fancy and sliced my cucumbers with the wavy side of my mandolin. I cut rather thick slices.
Spread whipped cream cheese (for easy spreading) and sandwich your slices together.
Season both sides with salt, pepper, dill and you are all set for munchin! I love making this when I get carb crazy and want to eat a whole bag of chips, which a lot of the time I will do any way but I try not to :) Hope this sounds yummy to you! Quick and easy. Happy Friday ya'll!
