DIY: cuter ornaments with nail polish!

I had boring white pearl ornaments before, but with a little help from my nail polish collection, they are now fabulous!

All you need to do is paint on your colors, and if you use glitter, makeup sponges are best to evenly distribute the sparkle. I also thought it would be cute to paint the base and hook of the ornament different pastels. If you have frosted ornaments like I did, clear nail polish will turn them into a mirror-like finish.. pretty!

When I was done I used some baker's twine to hang them up on my before, plain antler plaque. Now it's festive and during the day the sunlight catches the sparkle!
